Clean Up

If your books and inventory system are a mess, I will untangle them and put it all back together correctly. Let’s get your data matching reality so you can make understand the health of your company and make informed decisions moving forward. Check out my “Checklist: Signs That Your Books and Inventory System Have Issues” post if you think this might be you.

From the Ground Up

Let’s get your Quickbooks Online, SOS Inventory, or other system set up correctly from the start. This will save you A LOT of money in the long run. While I love clean ups (and most clients come to me with a giant mess after trying to manage it themselves for several years) I’d like to save you time, money, and stress. You focus on running and growing your business while I get your foundation laid.

Set Up with Clean Up

Are you moving to Quickbooks Online and SOS from another Intuit product or other management software? If so, I can set you up fresh and clean up your historical data as necessary. You don’t want to move bad data or outdated inventory structures to your new software. If you’re going to change systems, now is the time to make sure it has a good foundation.

Incidental Inventory

Does your company have inventory to be tracked that isn’t the basis of your business? When you don’t need someone to handle inventory fulltime but asking a current staff member unfamiliar with inventory or accounting doesn’t make sense, I can help. I’ll set up your inventory to be tracked, interface with your current accounting team, and save everyone time, money, headaches. If you need to keep track of non-saleable inventory across multiple locations, this is for you.

Everything Else

For ongoing troubleshooting, detailed training seminars for your staff, monthly bookkeeping, etc... clients hire me for lots of additional projects! I really enjoy interesting problems to solve so whether you’re a manufacturing company who needs someone to audit processes, write procedures, or just offer advice on the state of your inventory affairs, I’m here to help. Pitch me your project.
